About ACCB 2024
The SCB Africa Region's Africa Congress for Conservation Biology is the single largest gathering of African conservationists.
ACCBs convene a vibrant conservation academic community, local community leaders, practitioners, policymakers, national protected area authorities, artists, students, and journalists to share research lessons and tools learned over the years that showcase successful conservation practices in Africa.
With over 300 conservation professionals and students in attendance, ACCB 2024 will be the major networking event for African conservationists.
In 2024, the 4th ACCB will take place at the College of African Wildlife Management, Mweka, in Moshi, Tanzania, from October 19-21, 2024. Join us as we celebrate the African conservation frontliners: our rangers, our local communities!
