Early registration is now open!
We encourage participants to take advantage of the early registration period, as regular and late rates will be at least 15% higher than the early registration rates.
Registering early is the best way to confirm your participation at the most affordable rate.
Early registration will end on 17 July, 2026.

Developing Country registration rates are intended to support participants based in developing countries. To be eligible, individuals must both live and work in a developing country. Those residing in developed countries are not eligible, regardless of where their work is conducted.

Please note: We are not offering Travel Grants for IMCC8 at this time. If funding becomes available from private or public funding sources in Scotland or our international donors, we will offer a limited number of registration bursaries associated with volunteer opportunities and will share this information through our website.
