ICCB Registration, Fees, & Deadlines
Online Registration for ICCB 2023 has now closed. Onsite Registration will be available at the venue with payment by cash or card accepted.
Login to your ICCB Profile Page to register. Please login with the same credentials you used to submit your abstract, or create an account if you didn't submit an abstract and aren't an SCB member. If you have any questions, please email ICCBTeam@conbio.org.
Our goal is to make ICCB 2023 as accessible as possible while covering the costs to organize the event, including licensing fees, tech support, the venue, events, abstract management and scheduling, registration transaction costs, and other planning related expenses.
Registration includes access to all ICCB symposia and contributed sessions and the engagement components of ICCB that facilitate attendee networking and collaboration.
Groups and/or Third Party Registration
Group and/or Third party Registration is for anyone who is registering a group of people for ICCB, including themselves; and for third parties payors (people do not plan to attend ICCB, but are paying for someone else to attend). Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received in writing via email to ICCBTeam@conbio.org. A processing fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations received on or before 30 June 2023. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Refund requests will not be accepted after 1 July. People with special circumstances should email ICCB detailing why they cannot make it to the congress. Not all requests will be granted. Substitutions for attendees are accepted if you notify ICCB via email prior to the congress.
ICCB 2023 Shirts
Take home an ICCB souvenir! The congress is working with a local women's tailor cooperative to provide delegates with made-to-order, short-sleeve button-down shirts. The shirts are made from vibrant cotton cloth with dynamic African prints. Shirts are embroidered to say ICCB 2023 - Kigali. You can purchase a shirt when you are registering.
