ICCB 2023 Accommodations
Below is information on how to book your hotel accomodations, including room rates, which are variable, hotel websites and the distance to the main conference venue, the Kigali Convention Centre (KCC) from each hotel.
Given the high tourism season, we encourage you to book at your earliest convenience and by no later than 20 June.
Discounted Rates: Hotels listed below agreed to provide discounts to ICCB delegates. Contact the hotels directly via email (links below) and provide the ICCB delegate discount code to secure special rates for ICCB attendees. The discount code was included in abstract acceptance letters for contributed presentations (oral and speed talks, poster presentations), submission confirmation emails (invited talks in symposia), and in your ICCB registration confirmation emails. If you cannot find the code in these communications, please an email to ICCBteam@conbio.org with the subject line Hotel Discount Code.
Please note that the hotels below are not under contractual obligation with ICCB. The rates listed reflect the hotels' initial quoted rates in early April for ICCB delegates. However, ICCB does not have room blocks with the hotels so the prices may increase based on occupancy rates. The sooner you book your room, the better the chances that you will receive the quoted prices below.

All prices listed include taxes, fees and breakfast. Most but not all hotels offer airport pickup. Be sure to confirm with the hotel if airport pickup is inclusive with the booking.

Local Transportation
Common, affordable local transportation means in Rwanda are taxi cars arranged via your hotel or by calling Yego Cab (taxi company) by dialling 9191.
Alternatively, moto-taxis can be taken by waiving one of the red motorcycles on the street to reach your destination.

All Planitswiss-reviewed hotels are above two stars and have been approved by the Rwanda Development Board. As such, the congress advises delegates to independently review hotels that have not been reviewed by Planitswiss.
