Proceedings of IMCC

Abstracts for work presented at IMCC6, or papers that are the result of collaborations and activities occurring at any IMCC or OceansOnline, can be submitted to the proceedings here.
Original research papers, opinion/commentary articles, and reports from workshops, symposia, and focus groups are all welcome and encouraged. All proceedings articles will be peer-reviewed.
Frontiers is an open access journal that is highly ranked. More information about the marine conservation section of the journal can be found here.
Open Access
It is important to the SCB Marine Section that papers published as part of the proceedings be open access. There are fees for publishing open access articles in the proceedings, information on publishing fees and fee support for authors can be found here.
Many universities have an agreement to pay the open access fees for Frontiers articles for their researchers. To check if your university has such an agreement visit here.
