SCB Chapters Silent Auction at ICCB 2019
A fundraiser to support the great work of SCB Chapters!
Before you close your bags to depart for Kuala Lumpur, please include an item to donate to the SCB Chapters Silent Auction Fundraiser.
Donated items will be on display and open for bid in the exhibit hall starting Monday 22 July at 9:30am through 10:30am Thursday 25 July.
All proceeds raised from the Chapters Silent Auction support SCB Chapters, including conservation action at the grassroots level, small grants for chapter activities, and travel awards to help Chapters attend SCB congresses for professional and leadership development.
Typical donation items include academic and nature books, framed photographs, original artwork, gift certificates, t-shirts, local handmade items, regional crafts, and more!
Drop-off: Donations may be dropped off on Monday 22 July from 9:30 – 18:00 at the Silent Auction table in the ICCB Exhibit Hall. We encourage an early drop off to maximize the exposure of your item.
Donors will be asked to provide basic information about the item (if necessary) and a recommended starting bid price (optional). To expedite the process, we ask that donors complete submit this Item Description Form with their item(s).
Tax Deductions: Donors who file taxes in the United States may claim a gift receipt for tax purposes when they drop off their item.

Tax Deductible: Donations are tax deductible to the extent by law and donors and winning bidders have the option to claim a receipt for tax purposes.
Winning bidders can pick up their items starting at 11:30am on Thursday 25 July 2019 (and through the lunch hour) at the Registration Desk.
