Remembering Joe Burns
Longtime SCB member Joseph Burns, 58, passed away on Thursday 28 November in Washington, DC. Joe worked as a wildlife biologist for the U.S. Forest Service and was an active member of the Washington, DC Chapter of SCB (SCBinDC).
